Terms and Conditions

1. Registration Categories and Fees

Registration fees vary according to participant category and date of payment, as indicated in the official fee schedule .

Categories:

  • Full Participation (Non-Member)

  • Member of National and International PRM Society

  • Member of Italian Rehabilitation Medicine Association

  • Resident in PRM

  • Resident in Other Specialty

Registration Periods:

  • Early Registration: until 31 July 2026

  • Late Registration: from 31 July 2026 to 15 October 2026

  • Onsite Registration: 13–15 November 2026

The applicable fee will be determined based on the date of completed registration and payment confirmation. Reduced fees are granted only if payment is received within the relevant deadline.

2. What the Registration Fee Includes

The registration fee guarantees access to the selected course (Basic or Advanced, as described in the official program ) and includes:

  • Full course attendance

  • Access to theoretical and practical classroom sessions

  • Coffee breaks during the three course days

  • Lunches during the official course days

  • Participation in the official cocktail on 13 November 2026

The official language of the course is English .

3. Payment Terms

After submission of the online registration form, the Organizing Secretariat will verify the provided information.

Once verification is completed, detailed payment instructions (including payment methods and deadlines) will be communicated via the email address provided by the participant during registration.

Registration will be considered valid and confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

In accordance with applicable regulations, participants are entitled to withdraw from the registration within 14 daysfrom the date of purchase.

After the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed using the same payment method originally used by the participant.

5. Accommodation and Additional Expenses

Accommodation, travel expenses, and any additional personal costs are not included in the registration fee and remain entirely at the participant’s responsibility.

The Organizing Committee shall not be held responsible for hotel reservations, travel arrangements, visa procedures, or any extra expenses incurred by participants.

6. Changes and Liability

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make necessary changes to the scientific program, schedule, faculty, or social events should circumstances require it, while maintaining the overall quality and structure of the event.

Participation in practical sessions is subject to compliance with safety and professional standards.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the registration form and completing payment, participants fully accept these Terms and Conditions.
